Physical Therapy during Pregnancy
A one on one 50 minute physical therapy session during pregnancy. We can evaluate any aches or pains you may be having, discuss exercise and activity guidelines. We will also review how to keep your pelvic floor and abdominal muscles healthy during pregnancy as well as discuss labor and delivery preparation.
Postpartum Physical Therapy
A one on one, 50 minute physical therapy session. We will review how to effectively recover from your specific labor and delivery process. We will evaluate the pelvic floor and abdominal wall, as well as evaluate overall stability and movement. We will discuss your personal goals and review how to get back to your activity goals safely.
Return to Running Postpartum
A one on one, 50 minute physical therapy session. Enjoy running? Let's make sure you get back to running safely and effectively. During our session, we will review your running history and what your current goals are. We will evaluate your pelvic stability, muscular control and run form. From there, we will discuss a step by step process to help you return to running safely!
